South London borough was found to have breached standards in 2021 due to damp and mould, electrical safety and repairs failures
The Mayor of Croydon has described the south London borough’s return to social housing regulatory compliance as a ‘crucial moment’ for the borough’s housing following a successful improvement plan.

The move means the council, which manages around 16,000 homes, now complies with regulatory standards.
