Welsh government to streamline planning for faster social housing delivery
Plans to implement recommendations made by Affordable Housing Taskforce including a simplified section 106 process
The Welsh government has announced it will begin implementing the recommendations of its Affordable Housing Taskforce to accelerate social and affordable housing delivery.
In a report published last week, the taskforce highlighted the country’s complex planning system as a major barrier to housebuilding.
