Watkin Jones announces private equity partner for 294-unit hotel scheme

Project expected to generate £40m in revenue

Watkin Jones has agreed a partnership with Latium Enterprises to deliver a 294-unit hotel in the centre of Wimbledon in south London.

The scheme is the student and build-to-rent developer’s second in the year with Latium, a family-run private equity firm, following a scheme in New Kent Road announced at the beginning of the year.
