The Regulator of Social Housing and Charity Commission set out plan to work together

Memorandum of Understanding intends to ensure effective working relationship between the two bodies, which both regulate a number of registered providers

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and watchdog the Charity Commission have set out how they will work together.

The two bodies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in a bid to ensure a “collaborative, efficient and effective working relationship.”

Many registered providers are also charities, and are therefore regulated by the Charity Commission in addition to RSH.
