Masterplan will be drawn up for site in central Sunderland

Sunderland City Council and developer Muse have signed a pre-development agreement to draw up plans for a major regeneration scheme.

The pair, working with the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority, will produce a masterplan for developing the Sunniside of central Sunderland. This includes “exporing funding and delivery strategies.”
