Stonewater in talks to take on two small housing associations

40,000-home provider could take ownership of later living homes

Stonewater has announced it is in talks about a proposal which would see two small housing associations join it as subsidiaries.

Stonewater, which manages 40,000 homes, has opened discussions with Porthove Housing Association (PHHA) and the Rotary Club of Hove Housing Society (RCofHHS). Under the proposed partnership management of the providers’ 97 homes will pass to Stonewater.
