Social landlords seeing benefit of increased investment in rent collection teams, says Housemark

Social housing rent arrears have fallen to their lowest levels for several years, according to the latest data from Housemark.

The benchmarking firm’s latest monthly pulse survey of landlords shows median arrears fell to 2.46% in April, lower than for any month since the exercise was first carried out in April 2021 (see graph below).
