SME housebuilder sentiment drops sharply since start of the year
HBF survey shows percentage of SMEs saying they expect to build fewer homes and purchase less land has doubled since start of the year
The proportion of SME housebuilders saying they will start fewer homes over the next three months has more than halved since the start of the year, while nearly all are cautious about bringing forward developments.
