Seven in 10 housebuilders want Labour to win next election, says Knight Frank

The property consultancy has also identified 11,000 “grey belt” sites with capacity for up to 200,000 new homes

The majority of UK housebuilders would like to see Labour to win the next election, according to research published today by Knight Frank.

Only 30% of respondents to the Land Index & Housebuilder Survey said they thought the Conservatives would be most likely to enhance the UK’s land and development market.
