Sanctuary meets development target but sales drop

125,000-home housing association says a number of investors are interested in buying its student housing portfolio

Sanctuary has hit its development target for 2024/25 despite a fall in its sales.

The 125,000-home housing association, in its audited financial statements for the year to 31 March, confirmed it built 881 homes including through joint ventures and consortia. This was above its target of 878 units, but down on the 1,032 completed the previous year.
