Affordable housing leader Geeta Nanda has been appointed to the board of £2bn-turnover housebuilder Redrow.

Nanda, the chief executive of Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) and current chair of the G15 group of large London-based associations, will join the board of Redrow in May. She will sit on the housebuilder’s audit, remuneration, nomination and placemaking and sustainability committees.
