Proposed office scheme altered to include student accommodation and affordable housing
Canada Water scheme will deliver 742 student beds and 75 affordable homes
Plans for a major scheme in south-east London have been altered to include student accommodation and affordable housing.
The latest plan for the Dockside Canada Water, which will be developed by Art Invest Real Estate (AIRE) and designed by TP Bennett, has been recommended for approval by Southwark councillors on 29 April.
