Pincher: government in talks to boost later living development

Housing minister speaking to health and social care department in bid to free up larger homes

Chris Pincher has told parliament he is in talks with the Department of Health and Social Care about removing barriers to building later living homes.

The housing minister, speaking in front of a House of Lords select committee yesterday, said 38% of homes are now underoccupied compared to 31% in 1990.
