Owner of 1,525-home Cavalry Barracks scheme to leave £20m debts unpaid
Hounslow Property Development Ltd went into adminstration a week after its former owner Inland Homes, but planning consents for the barracks ”remain intact”
The owner of the Cavalry Barracks development site on which Hounslow council recently approved plans by Inland Homes for 1,525 homes is likely to leave £20m of debts unpaid.
Hounslow Property Development Ltd (HPDL) was formerly owned by Inland Homes and it filed for administration less than a week after Inland itself said it was going to appoint administrators.
