Watchdog completes investigation into 7,000-home landlord as part of ‘new approach’ to using powers

The Housing Ombudsman has completed its investigation into London-based Wandle Housing Association.

The watchdog said it is “satisfied” the 7,000-home association has recognised and responded to issues with its handling of complaints. It said it has an improvement plan in place with timescales and oversight and scrutiny arrangements.
