Norwich City Council and Aviva Capital strike deal for 1,100-home development

£350m project will see scheme built on site of 1960s shopping centre

Norwich City Council has signed a deal with regeneration investor Aviva Capital to build a 1,100-home development on the site of a shopping centre.

The partnership will see the 11-acre Anglia Square site redeveloped to provide 1,100 homes, along with leisure facilities, community space and shops.
