Work starts on Yorkshire Housing's largest development

Once completed in April 2022 the Hodgson Gate development will feature 270 homes

Yorkshire Housing has announced that work has begun on its Hodgson Gate scheme, the housing association’s largest development to date.

Designed by MHA Architects, the 270-home scheme is valued at £55m and being built by Countryside Properties on a 25-acre site at Sherburn-in-Elmet in North Yorkshire.

Planning permission for the scheme was granted last year.
