Work on 350-home Blackhorse Road scheme gets underway

TfL, Barratt and L&Q expected to deliver homes, half of which will be affordable, by the early 2020s

Work has started on a residential scheme in Waltham Forest, east London, which developers say will deliver 50% affordable housing.

The project, being built on a near-two-acre site opposite Blackhorse Road underground and overground station as part of the Blackhorse Lane Area Action Plan, is being developed by Transport for London (TfL), Barratt and L&Q.
