Contractor will deliver 266 homes for Wolverhampton council-owned housing firm

Willmott Dixon is to build the largest housing scheme to date for WV Living, the housing company set up three years ago by Wolverhampton city council.

The £34m scheme will build The Marches development of one, two and three-bedroom homes on the site of a former high school in the city.

Of the 266 homes to be built 67 – 25% – will be affordable.
