Westworks reveals £11bn maintenance and refurb framework

Contract will run for 10 years

Procurement company Westworks is looking for contractors to join a UK-wide £11bn maintenance and regeneration framework, aimed primarily at housing associations.

The framework will have 11 lots worth £100m, with each covering services such as roofing, groundworks and M&E work.
