Westminster car park site turned into 60 new homes
Osborne-built development will feature 19 affordable homes
Work has started on a David Miller-designed housing scheme in Westminster that will turn the site of an under-used car park into 60 new homes.
The new Parsons North building, off the Edgware Road, will feature 10 apartments for social rent and nine for intermediate rent. The other 41 homes will be for private sale.
