Wates Residential to develop Cardiff pilot modular housing scheme
Nine two-bed homes have been designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners
Plans to build a pilot modular housing scheme in Cardiff designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners have been given the go-ahead.
The Croft Streets project featuring nine two-bedroom homes will be built on the site of a former laboratory by Wates Residential and Homeshell, a joint venture between Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and consultant Aecom.
