Wates’ housing veteran retires after 40 years with group
Phil Sperring joined the contractor in 1979
Phil Sperring, strategy director at Wates Property Services, is retiring after 40 years with the business.
Sperring joined Wates as a site surveyor in the West Midlands in 1979 and worked on estate modernisation schemes for a number of local authorities, including Walsall Council and Birmingham City Council.
