Warwick council green lights 450-home L&Q scheme

Beauchamp Park will be at least 40% affordable

Warwick council has approved L&Q’s plans for 450 homes on a 21 ha site south west of the city.

The scheme will include 40% affordable housing as well as new public space, foot paths and cycleways, and children’s play areas.
