Apt’s three-block development could become the largest passivhaus scheme in Europe
Tower Hamlets council has given the green light to another huge tower scheme near Canary Wharf.
Developer Urbanest’s mixed-use development at 2 Trafalgar Way could become the largest Passivhaus scheme in Europe.
It follows last month’s approval of Glenn Howells Architects’ 900-home cluster of towers about 700m to the east on Blackwall Way.
