Tilia hires third executive with Persimmon connections
Group formerly known as Kier Living completes hat-trick of appointments of current or former Persimmon directors
Tilia Homes has hired a Persimmon executive to head up its western division.
The group this week announced the appointment of Simon Perks as regional managing director. Perks has 34 years experience in the industry including more than six years as managing director of Persimmon’s south west and Cornwall division.
