Rose Sandell moves from Redrow to take on the newly created role
Taylor Wimpey has appointed Rose Sandell as group communities director, a new role with a focus on creating “sustainable and vibrant communities”.
Sandell, who has 30 years of industry experience, will oversee the housebuilder’s strategies in sustainability, masterplanning and affordable housing.
She started at Taylor Wimpey in June, following 15 years at Redrow, where she was group communities director and executive board lead for ESG and sustainability.
She spent six years at Crest Nicholson, having started her career with registered providers.
