Maria Sebastian has extensive experience of marketing and branding in many sectors

Maria Sebastian, who has worked in several different industries, has joined the £3.4bn-turnover housebuilder to lead its sales, marketing and customer service functions.

Sebastian has worked in senior marketing and branding roles at pub company Greene King, coffee shop chain Starbucks and at Virgin Atlantic Airways and American Airlines.

Jennie Daly, chief executive at Taylor Wimpey, said: “Maria’s appointment marks an important milestone in our commitment to providing a seamless and high-quality experience for every single one of our customers.”
