Sussex build-to-rent scheme given planning nod

145 private and affordable homes to be built in Haywards Heath

Plans by south of England developer Fairfax Properties to build 145 private and affordable rental homes in Haywards Heath, Sussex, have been given the go-ahead.

The build-to-rent scheme will be part of a mixed-use development designed by architect Broadway Malyan which will also feature 900m² of commercial office space.
