G15 landlord creates new development MD role and confirms permanent regional MD for the West
Sovereign Network Group (SNG) has appointed Kathryn Pennington as divisional managing director for development and Charlie Stevens as regional managing director for the West.

Pennington will join SNG at the beginning of June from housebuilder Untypical Group – Terra Firm’s merger of its Hopkins Homes and Tilia Homes brands.
In the newly created role at the G15 member, Pennington will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all development activity across the organisation’s three regions of London, the South and the West.
She has previously held director roles at Vistry and is a non-executive director at Elim Housing association.
Stevens will step up as regional managing director for the West following a period in the role on an interim basis since late 2025.
SNG manages more than 85,000 homes and has stated an ambition to build an additional 25,000 over the next decade.
