Housing association will build 72 flats and 46 houses for social rent
Sanctuary Homes has been handed planning permission to build 118 affordable homes in Aberdeen.
The housing association is part of £708m-turnover Sanctuary Group, which owns and manages more than 100,000 homes and provides social care services.
Now the charity’s plans for 72 flats and 46 houses for social rent on the site of a former fire station have been given the green light.
