Hexagon Housing Association Limited suspected as non-compliant with governance and financial viability standard
The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed London-based Hexagon Housing Association Limited on its gradings under review list while it investigates suspected “serious failings” at the organisation.

RSH is looking into whether the 4,500-home landlord is meeting the governance and financial viability standard. The outcome of the investigation will be confirmed in a regulatory judgement once completed.
Simon Fanshawe, chair of the board, said: “Issues have been identified through our ongoing engagement with the regulator and Hexagon remains committed to addressing these as soon as possible.
“We continue to be transparent and open in our approach with both the regulator and our key stakeholders, whilst ensuring we continue to deliver homes and services that meet our residents’ needs.”
RSH does not iniitally comment on the reasons providers are placed on the gradings under review list.
