Keystage is a small, specialist provider operating in North Hertfordshire and Luton
The Regulator of Social Housing has placed Keystage CIC on its gradings under review list.
Founded in 2012, Keystage was set up to create homes for people requiring specialist support and facing significant barriers to accessing homes.

It operates 147 units across North Hertfordshire and Luton.
The regulator said it was “currently investigating matters which may indicate serious failings in the landlord delivering the outcomes of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard”.
As a landlord with fewer than 1,000 social housing units, Keystage Arhag is not publicly graded by the RSH, but it must still meet regulatory standards.

The regulator makes an announcement that a provider is under review when it is being investigated in relation to an issue that may result in non-compliance.
Once the investigation has been completed, the outcome will be confirmed in a regulatory judgement, at which point the regulator will reveal the reasons for the listing.
Keystage CIC has been contacted for comment.
