Top role in 1,000-homes-a-year business for former Telford Homes executive

Former Telford Homes director Mark Parker has been made regional chief executive of housebuilder Redrow’s Greater London business.

Parker joined Redrow in 2015 as director of the 2,900-home Colindale Gardens scheme before being made divisional MD for east London in 2018. Redrow’s London business builds between 750 and 1,000 homes a year, the firm said.

Redrow said that it had also restructured the London business, with James Holmear now to run sales and marketing director, Ricardo Rossetti to run planning and land acquisitions, and Paul Muldowney in charge of development.

Prior to Redrow, Parker was joint group MD at then listed builder Telford, before being ousted in a restructuring.

Parker said: “I’m excited to have been appointed as regional chief executive of our strengthened Greater London team. We have built a very strong team, which we will continue to grow and develop within our new structure.”
