James Taylor will join 13,000-home Merseyside landlord in the summer

Plus Dane has appointed James Taylor as its new director of finance.

James Taylor has been announced as the new director of finance at Plus Dane

The Liverpool-based housing association, which manages 13,000 homes, said Taylor will take up the role in the summer.

Taylor joins from Connexus and has also previously held roles at Torus and SP Energy Networks.

Taylor succeeds Jessica McKinley, who is stepping down after thee years to set up a finance consultancy business.

Ian Reed, chief executive of Plus Dane Housing, said: “James brings a wealth of experience from across the housing and wider public sector, and his strategic insight and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our financial resilience and deliver on our long-term ambitions for customers.”
