Plans unveiled for 100 build to rent homes in Cambridge

First Base and RPMI Railpen seek permission for mixed-use scheme

Developer First Base and pensions investment manager RPMI Railpen have submitted plans for a mixed-use scheme in Cambridge which includes 100 build to rent homes.

The Devonshire Gardens scheme, designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, will deliver apartments of varying sizes in three buildings. The homes, which will all be for rent, will be managed by in the long term by RPMI Railpen. RPMI Railpen manages the £35billion railways pension scheme.
