Drawn up by architect AHMM for developer HUB, the plans include the delivery of 678 co-living homes and affordable housing, a health centre and ground floor amenity across three buildings.

All affordable housing on the site will be for social rent comprising one, two and three-bedroom homes.

Landscape architect Gillespies has designed a shared podium courtyard, a children’s play area and two rooftop terraces, as well as public realm improvements.

Elephant Park’s Trafalgar Place, South Gardens and West Grove sites have been completed by developer Lendlease.

The scheme’s park is already open, alongside new shops, restaurants, cafes and community spaces.

Elephant Park is part of the wider regeneration of the Elephant and Castle area in the borough of Southwark. The programme currently consists of 26 projects, including a new town centre, which will have 1,000 new homes for rent with 116 for social rent.
