Peabody has been granted planning permission for a 564-home development in west London.

The 67,000-home housing association has been given the go-ahead for The Green project in Southall, which it is developing as part of a partnership agreement with Ealing Council.

The project, which will be designed by architects Hunters, includes 564 homes in three blocks. Around 50% of the homes will be for affordable tenures, including 157 for London Affordable Rent and 112 for shared ownersh
