Firm set to begin with brownfield scheme in Surrey
Offsite contractor Reds10 has announced the launch of a residential development business.
Reds10 Developments will use industrialised construction methods to deliver affordable housing schemes and is already on site with Raven Housing Trust in Mestham, Surrey.

The group said the new business was “at an advanced stage” in establishing a series of long-term strategic partnerships with councils, housing associations, charities and others.
The business will be run by managing director Richard Fox and director Damon Brown. The former brings contracting and development experience from his work at Reds10, with the latter having held senior roles at L&G Capital, Essential Living and BAM Construct.
The firm’s scheme in Surrey is 100% affordable and will be built on brownfield land, providing a mix of two and three bedroom family homes, built to EPC A standards and featuring solar PV, air source heat pumps, dedicated battery storage and EV charging.
The homes will be manufactured at Reds10’s factory in east Yorkshire.
“Starting on site in Merstham shows what our model can achieve on a challenging brownfield site,” said Brown.
“Bringing development and manufacturing together gives our partners confidence from the outset, and the long-term partnerships we are putting in place now will allow us to deliver that same certainty at a far greater scale.
“We have a strong pipeline that suits institutional investment and look forward to sharing more updates very soon.”
