The new director has worked at three G15 organisations and has 30 years of experience
The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) has appointed Natasha Greenwood as director of Shared Ownership.
In her new role at the NHQB, which operates the Shared Ownership Code and the New Homes Quality Code, Greenwood will lead on strategy to support registered providers in adopting and meeting the requirements of the Shared Ownership Code.
Greenwood has more than 30 years’ experience within the housing sector, having worked for three of the largest G15 organisations, including 11 years at Sovereign Network Group and, most recently, as director of customer experience at Southern Housing.
Her appointment follows the creation of the Shared Ownership Board in December 2025. The board includes leading figures from housing, consumer bodies, and finance to oversee the Code’s governance and strategic direction.
