Stuart Rogers steps up as national operations director 

Muse has promoted Stuart Rogers to the newly-created position of national operations director.

Rogers first joined the North West team in 2022 as a project director, stepping up to the role of director of project management for the region a year and a half later.

He is currently on the board of youth homelessness charity Land Aid and previously served as director of Faithful + Gould, now AtkinsRéalis.

Muse has credited Rogers with playing a significant role in delivering major projects across the region, such as the ongoing plans for St Helens, Prestwich, Wythenshawe and Oldham town centres.

He has also been part of Muse’s nationwide ESG and sustainability team.

Muse, the regeneration arm of Morgan Sindall, reported growth in its 2025 development pipeline to £6.3bn.
