Build to rent developer hires three new project directors as it looks to deliver on £3bn pipeline

Build to Rent developer Moda has made a quartet of senior hires as it looks to build out an 8,000-home development pipeline across the UK.

The appointments at the Harrogate-based firm include three new project directors and a general manager, and come as the firm also revealed a raft of other hires.

The new project directors include former EY employee Andre Bogle, who has joined from Berkeley Homes where he was commercial project director, and who has also previously worked at Hadley Property Group and Urbanest UK Ltd.

The other project direcotrs are Greg Bailey, who has joined from Allied London, and Lara Rushby, who was head of project management at BY Development.

Paul Holcroft, brought in from S Harrison Development, has been appointed development executive, responsible for bringing forward Moda projects across the UK through the development phase.

Moda, which is backed by funder Apache Capital, claims a £3bn development pipeline of 8,000 build to rent flats, with £1bn of schemes already under construction.

The firm has projects in development in Birmingham, Brighton, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds and Liverpool.

The firm said it had made nine other hires, including a design architect along with a host of back office and administration staff to manage the firm’s expansion.
