McLaren files plans for 375-home Leeds rental scheme
The Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher-designed scheme will be McLaren’s second in the city
McLaren Living has filed plans for a 375-home build to rent tower in Leeds on Water Lane.
The residential developer, part of the McLaren construction group, said the xx-storey scheme in the city’s south bank regeneration area will feature residents’ lounges, shared workspaces, gym, and events areas, with roof gardens on the 1st, 9th, and 14th floors.
