Development in Thatcham will feature 92 apartments

McCarthy & Stone has started construction of a £32.2m retirement housing scheme in Berkshire.

The 92-apartment development on a brownfield site in Thatcham, near Newbury, will consist of 52 flats under McCarthy & Stone’s Retirement Living Plus banner, with a mix of self-contained one- and two-bedroom homes and properties with support and care services.
