Paul Seymour will chair 20-strong social housing provider group
The Manchester Housing Providers Partnership has announced Paul Seymour as it new chair.

The partnership, which is made up of 20 social housing providers, has appointed Seymor, who is executive director of customers and communities at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHS).
Seymour succeeds former WCHS chief executive Nick Horne following the latter’s retirement earlier this year.
The MHPP, consists of Manchester City Council and 19 other landlords active in the Manchester area including Clarion, Riverside, Places for People, Riverside and for-profit provider L&G Affordable Homes (see full list of members below).
It seeks to drive collaboration on priorities including delivering more affordable homes, tackling homelessness, improving community safety, supporting employment and skills and creating healthier neighbourhoods.
Seymour said: “Manchester has a strong tradition of organisations working together and that partnership approach has never been more important.
“Housing providers have a vital role to play, not only in providing good quality homes, but in helping people live healthier, safer and more independent lives. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues across the partnership and Manchester City Council to build on the excellent work already underway and deliver lasting benefits for communities across the city.”
