Lovell, Morgan Sindall’s residential business which is currently working on a number of affordable housing schemes, has named James Duffet as its new managing director for South Wales and the South West.

Duffet joins the housebuilder after 14 years at O’Rourke, most recently as a commercial leader for schemes across housing, healthcare and commercial sectors.
