Lewisham Council increases housing target by 10%
Lewisham updates local plan with commitment to build more than 30,000 homes by 2040 following ‘underperformance’ by developers
Lewisham Council has increased its housing target by nearly 10% as part of its updated local plan.
The south east London local authority has committed to building 30,376 homes over the next 15 years, from 2025/26 to 2039/40.
