More than two weeks on from incident G15 landlord’s digital services are still not back up and running
L&Q has warned its online services may be unavailable for “some time” as it continues to manage the impacts of a cyber attack more than fortnight ago.

The £1bn-turnover landlord is working to restore services after the incident in September, which led to webforms and emails from around 12,000 residents being accessed.
In an update on Friday, L&Q said: “We are continuing to manage a cyber security incident relating to L&Q’s website.
“As a result of this incident our website, including online services for residents, remain unavailable, and may continue being so for some time until we are confident we can restore the website safely and securely. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.”
The group stressed that residents can however email or phone L&Q’s customer contact centres in London and Manchester.
The Information Commissioner’s Office and the Regulator of Social Housing have both been notified of the incident.
L&Q said so far it has had no reports of anyone attempting to use the obtained information maliciously, but said there is an increased risk of fraud attempts and phishing by email as a result.
It said: “Our thorough investigation so far indicates that no residents’ financial information, such as bank details, have been accessed.
“Our investigations also show that our wider systems and databases containing residents’ personal information and operational information, such as details of our interactions with residents about their home or tenancy, continue to remain secure.”
