Jocelyn McConnachie will join £1.1bn-turnover housing association in the spring
L&Q has announced the appointment of Jocelyn McConnachie to its group board.

McConnachie, who has held executive roles in the power industry, will join the 109,000-home provider later in the spring.
She has previously served as director of customer experience at the National Grid and head of global customer experience at energy company E.ON. She has served on the board of housing association Abri Group.
An L&Q spokesperson said McConnachie has “extensive experience of championing customer priorities and leading large-scale strategic transformation.”
Liam Coleman, group chair at L&Q, said: “I am delighted to welcome Jocelyn to L&Q’s Group Board. As we embark on our new five-year strategy, her expertise in championing the voices of residents in decision making and driving customer service improvements whilst maintaining financial resilience will be invaluable.”
