Former deputy regional chairman at rival will take up group production director role
Keepmoat has hired a new group production director from rival Persimmon.
Karl Wiseman takes over the role overseeing the £725m-turnover housebuilder’s construction, health and safety, commercial, procurement, technical and customer care teams.

He brings more than two decades of experience to the Doncaster-based firm, most recently working as a deputy regional chairman for Persimmon.
“I’m delighted to be joining Keepmoat at such an exciting time for the business,” said Wiseman.
“With a strong reputation for building high-quality homes and creating lasting change, I’m looking forward to working with the executive team to deliver the company’s ambitious growth plans.”
Last summer, Keepmoat reported a drop in completions, revenue and profit in its annual accounts, citing a sluggish housing market and regulation.
Pre-tax profit fell 35% to £53m, while completions dropped to 3,289.
